How soon will my order ship?

We priority-ship your lovingly-wrapped package on weekdays from our offices in Omaha, Nebraska. We love the U.S. Postal service, so look for your mail carrier within 4-7 days of your order! International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 6 weeks. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please specify a secure shipping address! 

Is it okay if I need to return an item?

Yes! You can view our complete return policy here. We aren't happy unless you're happy, and if there is something wrong with an item you ordered, you can mail it back for an exchange or a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and received by Hello Holiday within 30 days of the original shipment. If your return is received after 30 days of purchase, we're happy to offer a store credit for the amount of your item, less shipping. We encourage you to contact us with any questions about fit or color before your purchase to ensure your satisfaction. Above all, if something's not right with your order, we are committed to doing whatever we can to get your day back on track to being wonderful. 

How do exchanges work?

We always want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we've all been there with online sellers--you love the product, but when you receive it it's just not what you expected. We totally get it. At Hello Holiday, we will ship out the product you like if you return the item you were unsatisfied with within ten business days.

How do I make an exchange or return?

Simply e-mail us at and we will send you a free return label for your garment. We can always help if you if you contact us through Twitter or Facebook, too. Just send us a shout and we'll make it right!

Do I need to make an account to place an order?

Nope! Making an account to place an order on Hello Holiday isn't necessary. You can order from Hello Holiday as a guest. At the end of each order, you will have the option to join as a member! Joining is cool because it will also include you on our once-in-a-while (it's not gonna be an annoying daily thing) mailing list where you can find out about new inventory, sales, and what's happening behind the scenes.

Can I purchase a gift card for a friend to use on your site?

You can purchase a gift card for a friend and it will be e-mailed to you for you to share with the recipient! 

Where is Hello Holiday located?

We receive inventory, photograph items, manage our website and ship all of our orders out of our office in beautiful Benson, one of our favorite neighborhoods in Omaha! We love working in Benson for the concerts and comedy shows, amazing small restaurants, and of course our favorite bar right downstairs! We only sell online but we love visitors. Wanna drop by? Do you offer gift wrap?

Yes! After placing your order, email us at and we will coordinate gift wrap for you.

Do your products run true to size?

Always order your usual size unless it's indicated on the product listing that an items runs larger or smaller. Because we carry such a variety of clothing ranging from vintage sizing to plus sizing and everything in between, we know that the question of sizing can be worrisome. We do our best in our individual product descriptions to provide measurements and sizing guidelines. If you have any specific questions about sizing, please don't hesitate to contact us through our contact form or send us a tweet. We would love to measure anything that you have questions about, and even show the garment on a fit model so you can see how it looks on a body.

Does Hello Holiday ship overseas?

Yes! We love our international customers and we strive to offer the quickest shipping at the lowest prices around the world. We ship using USPS Priority International and use real-time carrier shipping rates to calculate the lowest possible price for you. We make every effort to mark packages correctly to lessen duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer to pay.

What's your policy on returning vintage pieces?

Vintage items are all final sale. Due to the nature of vintage pieces, small imperfections can occur with these items. We do our best in every case to describe the condition of our vintage clothing and accessories in our product descriptions. If you ever have a question about the quality or fit of anything on Hello Holiday, we are happy to send you additional photos or show it on a fit model in a video!

I'm a local customer in the Omaha area. Can I come pick up my order?

We love local pickups! Just select the local pickup option from the drop-down menu on the checkout page, and message us at to arrange a pickup time and date at our Benson office.
